We answer the most common questions about calisthenics training in Las Palmas.

Yes, calisthenics is ideal for starting from scratch. You don't need to be able to do a pull-up to begin. We adapt every session to your current level, building your strength base, mobility, and technique so you progress safely. Many of our students had never trained before.

The first changes — more energy, better posture, and greater body control — are usually noticeable within the first 3–4 weeks. Visible results in strength and body composition begin to appear from the second month onwards with 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency is the deciding factor, and Jorge is there to help you maintain it.

We train at Cl. Hoya del Enamorado, 35019 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with free parking available. If it's not convenient for you, we also offer home training and online sessions.

In individual training, all the attention and progression plan is exclusively for you — ideal if you have specific goals or want to progress as fast as possible. The small group (max. 6) combines collective motivation with close supervision, and the price per person is more affordable. Both options include a personalised plan.

Absolutely. Calisthenics is one of the most adaptable disciplines available. If you are overweight, the progressions allow you to work without excessive impact on your joints. If you have an injury, we design a specific plan that respects your limitations. We always carry out an initial assessment before we begin.

For most people we recommend 2 to 3 sessions per week, with rest days in between to allow the body to recover and progress. During the initial assessment we work out together the frequency that best suits your goals and availability.
